This is Bandit. His dam is a black. His sire a tri-color. Him and all his sibling were born with white lashes. They developed striped hooves and dark manes went silver or had blonde tips.

He looks to be a bay sabino to me=) JMHO Smile Beautiful markings, and very nice color.

Boy ... what a cutie! Great markings!!!
I agree with myfgypsy, the white eyelashes and lighter tail are probably a result of the sabino gene.
