Is this a silver buckskin?

This is my buckskin gelding, Arabian, Standardbred, Stockhorse. Photo's at 3 days, 2 months and 6 months. Does he look like a silver to you?

It is possible, but DNA testing is the only way to know for sure. He could just be a heavily frosted buckskin. Cream and silver tend to cancel each other out which makes it difficult to tell based on appearances alone.

By stockhorse do you mean he is part Australian Stockhorse? I know silver does exist within that breed - but it is not known to exist within the other two you mentioned.

Oh thank you. He is just lovely in looks and behaviour. I bred his dam and she has been my riding horse for 10 years. My father bred his grand dam and she has been my riding horse for 21 years and still going strong. So I do have a great love for him. He is up for sale however as I don't need any more riding horses!!
